1. Right to Erasure Overview

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (Section 12) and international app store guidelines (including Google Play Store User Data Policy), every user has the absolute right to permanently delete their account and associated personal data.

2. Types of Data Deleted vs Retained

Permanently Deleted: User profile records (name, email, phone number, store name), saved listing drafts, catalog conversions, P&L history records in PostgreSQL database, browser session tokens, local storage cache, and IndexedDB files.
Retention Period: Deletion takes effect immediately. Temporary system access logs (anonymized IP addresses and HTTP status codes) are retained for 30 days strictly for DDOS mitigation and security monitoring, after which they are permanently overwritten.

3. How to Request Deletion (2 Methods)

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Self-Service)

Open https://www.sellersuitepro.online/ in any web browser.
Scroll down to the page footer and click "Delete All My Data" (or open the Legal & Compliance Hub > Tab 4 "Delete All My Data").
Click "YES, PERMANENTLY ERASE EVERYTHING".
The system immediately invokes our authenticated deletion API (/api/delete-account), purges all database rows in Supabase, terminates your authentication session, and clears all browser cache and storage.

Method 2: Email Request to Designated Grievance Officer

If you are unable to access the web application, you may submit a formal deletion request via email:

Resolution SLA: Requests are acknowledged within 24 hours and verified accounts are fully purged within 72 business hours.
