You are solely responsible for ensuring that product listings, images, and descriptions created with Seller Suite Pro comply with the specific Terms of Service, Seller Policies, and intellectual property requirements of the marketplaces on which you sell.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The code, UI designs, brand assets, and algorithms of Seller Suite Pro are the intellectual property of Sidra Motion. You retain 100% ownership of all product catalog data, titles, and images you process using our tools.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
